The Tower Bridge has become an iconic sight and a famous tourist attraction of London. Built over the River Thames, this bascule bridge allows ships to pass, and is suspended by two magnificent towers. There is an upper pedestrian walkway and a lower pedestrian walkway and road for vehicles.

To get to Tower Bridge, alight at Tower Hill underground station and head towards the direction of the Tower of London and the River Thames. The Tower of London is a fortress and royal palace, but is probably best known for its prison that housed many important historical figures in the medieval times. Take a stroll along St Katharine’s Way and pass by St Katharine Docks.
